It's a time of sharpening, a time to operate at your highest level ever. In this teaching, Cesar speaks out of Ecclesiastes 10:10 that when your ax is dull you must exert more strength to get the job done where if it is sharpened and ready less strength is needed. The Lord is sharpening your skill (ax) to use less effort, He is evolving you into what you have been wanting to evolve into for years. Skill is the key and digging into the word of the Lord and what He is saying to you is the answer.
